My experience spans a wide range of fields — from office and building leasing brokerage to property sales, voluntary sale support, and auction property acquisition assistance, including highly specialized cases requiring legal and financial expertise.

I have also been deeply involved in resolving complex property rights issues, including agricultural land conversion, as well as providing business support through real estate utilization. Supporting the launch and management of restaurants is one example of how we go beyond simply "acquiring property" — our strength lies in proposing solutions with the client's ultimate business success in mind.
